During the consultation, we’ll come to your home to truly understand what your vision is for the space and then discuss the best way forward. Don’t worry if you feel a bit lost and you’re not sure what you want – we’ll ask questions to get an idea of your design tastes, how you plan to use the space, and your budget – then make sure we bring your ideas to life. With our team’s guidance and attentiveness, we’ll create a plan that perfectly fits your dreams and your budget – leaving you to sit back and watch your project come to life.

We understand that balancing these two elements isn’t always an easy task, which is why we are here for the long haul; we are dedicated to working with you to ensure both the design and price for your project align with your goals. Following up with another meeting, we can engage in further dialog and adjust either element as needed.
Once you’ve had a chance to explore the potential of your project and understand the costs associated with it, a member of our design team will meet with you to create a 3D design or mood board. Larger renovations will involve further visualizations such as conceptual drawings, design plans and electrical plans for you to see the full potential of your project come to life. Before the job begins, we’ll do one final budget revision to make sure you understand every detail of the project and its true cost. Once completed, you will be signing off on an extraordinary transformation that will last a lifetime!

Our design team is available to guide and assist you in making your selections, or you can choose to take the reins and make them on your own. Once you approve your selections, we will take it from then – ordering, delivering and installing your choices that will ultimately bring your space to life!
When making selections, Hill Haven Homes & Renovations is simultaneously creating a detailed construction schedule to ensure your project is delivered in a timely fashion. In addition, once all your selections are complete, a Pre-Construction Meeting will be arranged. During this meeting, we will discuss the construction process in full detail, provide an outline of any remaining design elements, and answer any questions to help build confidence in our partnership before embarking on the project. Ultimately, this meeting is essential in helping us build trust, providing transparency in the construction process, and ensuring you have a sense of comfort throughout any project we collaborate on.

Before beginning the construction phase, all design elements, key selections, and orders must be complete and our schedule confirmed. It can be a daunting process to take on a renovation, but here at Hill Haven Homes & Renovations, we want to make sure that you have the perfect end result envisioned! In the last step of our home remodeling process, we will walk through it with you to go through the project ‘punch out’ – this allows us to make sure that all of the details are just as you wished them to be. Generally, this process will require one additional week and, after that time is up, we will hand the keys over to you and happily give you back your home. During this process, we will always be available to address any small items that come up in the following year – you can always count on us for any needed help!
